College or not?
I found myself debating about which school I want to go to as cost does play a role in this decision more then I would like it to. I thought about the CNA program which is totally in my budget at the college that is about 45min. away for me to the one that is closer that is not in my budget. Then the whole thing being around germs all day and might bring it home makes me wonder if I even want to proceed a career in Heath care but then again it's so interesting to me.
Then I did a little research and have been debating about this whole thing with speech pathologist which I know I would enjoy and more flexible with having four children that I want to go that rout but it will probably take me 6 or 7 years to finish. maybe less then that. It depends If I can pass the assignment test. If I test to college level or beyond that will be great so I'm studying for that. making sure I don't have to take courses that I can skip if possible.
I think I would be going for my AS with that degree but I need to look more into what school over it at a 4 year college.
All of this is a lot to think about but if I take my time and pick a degree that I can totally transfer to a 4 year college then I can keep on going. I keep telling myself I have nothing to lose. Take one step at a time. I don't know what the future holds for me but I figure if I work, go to school and take care of my kids, there is always a way. I just pray Yah will be with me and guide me through this transition in my life I will be taking.
New born baby to three kids in elementary school and work. I totally going to have to take one class just to take my time to get where I need to be. I know it looks like a lot but it has to be done. Even if I have to take online classes sometimes it will all go well.
Trying to take care of business before the baby comes I'm going to call it a night. Enough of college courses and what I should take.
Time to relax and enjoy the rest of my night.
