Natural Hair...grow it

 Hello my lovely readers. With are natural hair and trying to get it to grow can be challenging with all the things we have to do besides that.

I have looked at this one youtuber and she said she doesn't wash her hair for 2 months when she is not making a video. Doing that, she should have said that in her videos as well as the one she makes she said she use this treatment twice a week or once a week. Basically don't wash it out. That's what I'm guessing 

   Maybe when she rub water through her hair after the treatment she is washing it out?

  I don't know but I need these people to be clear when they are telling someone how to grow there hair and not sugar code it. 

  For mines I did my Fenugreek thing last week for 3 days and thus week I did it for 2 days. 

  Since today is Friday, I'm going to just spray it in my hair. Not wash it out. Just leave as is. 

  I will tell you what happens.i straighten out my hair as it feels much fuller, healthy and I can tell it grow. I'm going to keep up with it this month and next and I will let you know if I change anything up or update my recipes on here for you to try.

  Oh yeah, I wont wash my hair until Monday. I will leave the treatment in my hair. Only take it out if it starts to itch and bother me.
