back to work/ trader Joe's

You might see me write back to work again as I only basically work Sunday and Monday since they really can't work with my schedule regarding my kids like that right now. But I wish they let me work at least 4 hours for 3 days at least. It's not like they weren't doing it when I was pregnant.
  Anyways back to work on a beautiful Sunday as I wish I can have Sundays off as well but it's not happening. Only by requesting that day off so that means less hours. Still looking for different options of a new career :)

   Any who I got organic pancakes minis from trader joes. I said "Why not let's try them" I did them in the oven..kept them in there to long they got hard (forgot aboutbthem) then this morning I microwave them...of course they came out great:)
   I was glad I didn't have to make a mess or have a clean up I did t want to do before I head to work. I totally recommend them if you are looking for something easy and healthy to give your kids or yourself on the go. Trader Joe's usually have some great prices when it comes to certain foods.

  I better get going. Have to change my mind set to work mode now and cut off mommies mode for a bit.
