Debating amd debating

 Alright let's get straight to it. We all are fucked!!!!

  So  deciding to leave my job for another job that pays well. Like 2.70 more which the pay isn't bad. It will help me at least try to get what I need as long as I get the hours. Looking for a second job right now to go along with it has to wait. I want to settle with this one and see how it goes.

  Putting in my week in a half notice seems to be somewhat okay. I need to start my new job and get into it. 

  My current job is okay. It doesn't pay well with the work we have to do. Hours going up and down by how much customers we get in the store and making are quarterly goals....well I'm in the wrong business that can't produce as we would like. 

  14.50 is not enough for the job I do so I'm leaving for higher pay. Hoping to stay woth my new job for a while. It all depends on the economy. I might have to look for a second job to make ends meet. I have kids. Prices are going up and it seems like they are not stopping.

  I wonder if it's even worth moving out the country?

  So, my  coworker gave a orientation why we needed higher pay and how we are struggling. Maybe I should have put mines in there but I know it wouldn't have changed. More work to do and responsibilities that I'm saying fuck it. I will work this week and next week onlyb3 days and fucking leaving.

  I saw how I got fucked over. Asked for simple shit and it only took this week that I finally got a Saturday off. Asking for more money to be a key holder shouldn't be that hard to do. 

  Struggling and still not making it....I'm going with the job that has more to offer and I can get another job if I wanted to.

  I have to move out and I haven't found a place I can afford on my own without the help from my family.

So if you are short staff, there is always a reason. If someone is willing to offer your employee more pay they are going to have to take it to survive or work less hours in your store. Just maybe they just don't like there job.

Either way, we all are trying to make it

 If we can't afford things..unions start to people start to move or....I don't know....
