Getting back in shape after babay?


  I remember with my other babies working out was nothing I was concern about until now. I was always fine with my weight and I figure all I needed to do was work out or just get things moving which did work for me.
  But with my third child..I'm not going to lie I was overweight for my liking which was a struggle but I became satisfied with being size 16. Then I moved to were I lost weight and started to work out because I wanted that body I always had and plus when I ever decided to have sex I will have that body but with some scare wounds.

  Anyways getting almost to my ideal weight as I was size 12 getting slimmer as I slack of sometimes I found myself pregnant again after 5 years. Now I have my princess and and it's time to lose weight again!!!
  I barely know where to start but I'm not going to wait until 6 weeks.  So I'm going to try and start tomorrow as I do have to set my 6 weeks appointment up with my OBGYN. I'm still trying to adjust to the new times of no sleep and 3 kids but I can do it.
  I'm going to take on day at a time and hopefully I can blog how everything  went.
