Day 2 working it out

Yes that's right your girl worked out. Of course I was tired from worked but I did it. I made sure I did all my parent duties except for making lunch..doing it tomorrow. I rested after I ate which was late but a good amount on my plate not over baring. kids are sleeping even baby z that I figure it's time to work out. 15minutes went by fast as I did the usual to get my muscles back going to dancing with 2 songs that I'm glad to say I broke out a sweat.
  I know everyone works out different but this works for me and I'm going to keep on pushing myself to  where I want to be at. I lost 1 pound so far. We shall see how long it will take me to get where I want to be. My goal this month is to get to 145.
  I almost cave in to where I was going to get chocolate cookies but I said no. I figure I better buy some items to make home made ones. At least make them healthy for my kids. Keep on going with my diet. I might have to change up somethings to what I eat but we shall see.
   Let's see if I make it to day 3. I didn't even want to work out today but I did.
