Day 5 of working out
I have been working out for the past 4 days and today is the 5th day. I will post my other blog later as I have to go over it and make sure I add things I wanted to of that day. I can not believe how far I have gone. Every day I have getting up in the morning and weighing myself. I was 150 and now I am 146 which is awesome. Basically I have been losing weight everyday. I wonder if I worked out for 20minutes then 15minutes will I be losing more weight?
Everything has been good as this was not really my goal but I am doing it. Fitting back in my old jeans sounds so great right now :)
This morning nothing has happen that much as I am about to get ready for the lesson of the day and focus on Yah. After the sabbath is over I will be working out and keep my journey going.
